1. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14 Days)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. Return Eligibility

- In resalable condition
- Sealed items must remain sealed (health/hygiene protection)
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or unsealed cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable (if stated at purchase)
4. How to Request a Return

5. Return Shipping Costs
